Newmark Appointed as Sale and Letting Agent at AMIDS

Newmark has been appointed as joint sale and letting agent at the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District Scotland (AMIDS), one of Scotland’s most significant initiatives for innovation-led economic growth.

Newmark will work alongside the wider project team, Savills, Tweed Property, Halliday Fraser Munro, PMP, Civic, Harley Haddow, and Turley to market and promote a range of development and occupational opportunities across the district, targeting occupiers and investors seeking to benefit from AMIDS’ strategic location and established innovation ecosystem.
